Welcome to NZQBA. By engaging with our services, including membership, mentoring programmes, and events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services and help ensure a positive experience for all involved.

Payment Options
NZQBA offers the following payment options for membership:

  • Upfront Payments: Full payment made at the start of the membership term.
  • Weekly or Monthly Payments: Payments made in weekly or monthly instalments.

Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the payment method or membership duration.

Subscription Fees (Weekly/Monthly)
Members who choose to pay on a weekly or monthly basis must commit to a minimum term of 3 months.

Cancellation of membership before the completion of this term will incur a $75 + GST cancellation fee.

Cancellation of Membership
To cancel your membership, written notice must be provided via email to info@nzqba.co.nz. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Cancellations before the 3-month term will result in the $75 + GST fee.

Cancellation by NZQBA
NZQBA reserves the right to cancel membership if:

  • The member fails to make payment of membership fees when due.
  • The member is found to have breached membership conditions or the NZQBA Code of Conduct and Ethics.

By applying for membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available only within 14 days of the initial payment, regardless of the payment method. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be granted.

Cancellation of Program Enrolment
Participants may cancel their enrolment in the mentoring program within the first 14 days following the initial payment and receive a refund. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

Commitment to Payment Plans
Participants who choose to pay weekly or monthly are committed to the full program fee, even if they choose not to continue. All outstanding payments must be made in full, and failure to do so may result in further action.

Program Termination by NZQBA
NZQBA reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment if:

  • Payments are not made according to the chosen plan.
  • The participant breaches program terms or NZQBA’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.

By enrolling in the NZQBA Mentoring Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment
Event registrations are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you upon payment.

Ticketing and Attendance
Each ticket is valid for one attendee only and is non-transferable. Attendees must book in their own name for tracking and event management purposes. For group bookings, please contact info@nzqba.co.nz.

Dietary Requirements
After registering for the event, we will contact you to confirm any special dietary requirements. If you need to make changes, please email us no later than 14 days before the event.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing via info@nzqba.co.nz. The refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of booking and at least 14 days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made after 60 days of booking but at least 14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund

Event Changes and Cancellations
NZQBA reserves the right to change the format or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions or other external factors. Attendees will be notified of changes or cancellations, and refunds will be issued as applicable.

Photography
An official photographer may be present at events. Photos may be used by NZQBA for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer.

Liability
NZQBA is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred in connection with the event, including costs related to travel or accommodation in case of cancellation.

By registering for an NZQBA event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
